Land at Amberstone – A substantial residential site which had been allocated for development and to the Wealden Council core strategy. Negotiations on behalf of our client were held with an adjoining owner which resulted in a collaboration agreement between the parties negotiated by Ross and co. Acting jointly with the adjoining owners representative is a planning agreement was reached with an independent specialist who having worked with ourselves has secured a planning consent on the two sites for 110 units to include 12 shared ownership. Ross and co-are instructed on this site and seeking offers in excess of £4,000,000.
