Swallow Business Park Hailsham– this site originally owned by local brewers Merrydown comprised approximately 24 acres of prime commercial development land. The site was originally sold before the last recession but the company went into liquidation when Ross & co were retained to dispose of the assets. After a substantial marketing campaign the property was sold to an existing client Wescott Leech who specialise in light industrial development. Working with a client the planning consent was increased to 250,000 ft.² which is now currently under construction. Ross and co Also worked with a client to secure a pre-let to a Hasting-based multinational company for the initial 35,000 ft.² landmark building to the front of the site.
The next phase of the site is currently under construction and their offices have already secured one prospective tenant and are actively marketing these new prestigious units.
