News   -   Outline Planning for development of the ESK site, Eastbourne


After nearly 2 years in planning and development, Ross & Co submitted an application for outline planning permission for residential development at the ESK site on Courtlands Road in December 2019.

Mr Anton Bree FRICS, Managing Director of Ross & Co, and Mr Bob Beevis, owner of the ESK site have enjoyed a long working relationship, and we have been happy to advise and assist Bob with his plans for the ESK site.

Cath Prenton BA BSc(Hons) MRICS, of our Ross & Co planning department,  has headed up a large team of architects, ecologists, archaeologists, arboriculturalists, geotechnical and transport consultants and civil engineers to pull together an exciting scheme for this brownfield site.
